Carpenter - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood or other materials. You will work on a variety of projects including building frameworks, stairs, and window frames, as well as repairing existing structures. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in carpentry and is knowledgeable about different carpentry techniques and tools. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials together with nails, screws, or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim work, etc.
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
- Ensure all installations meet safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with different carpentry techniques and tools
- Good mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in construction industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, climbing ladders/stairs, bending, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
