As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. Your main duties will include installing and upgrading hardware and software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network hardware and software in a timely manner.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure data security by implementing necessary protocols and conducting regular backups.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in order to improve system efficiency.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software or network related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to find solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
