Construction Manager (Acre)


As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Acre. Your main duties will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within set deadlines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated funds
- Oversee project planning and execution from start to finish, including procurement of materials and equipment
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and provide guidance to on-site workers
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities with own visa. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
