Construction Manager - Acre, Philippines


We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Acre, Philippines. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all aspects of our construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of the project.
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
