As a Barista at our coffee shop in Muharraq, Bahrain, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality beverages for our customers. Your main duties will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, hot chocolate, teas, and other beverages according to our menu standards
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision
- Ensure the quality and consistency of each drink served
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the café including tables, counters, and equipment
- Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Familiarity with coffee making equipment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.
