Teamlead - Bilingual Indian Female English Speaker (Ufa)


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Ufa. As a bilingual Indian female with excellent English speaking skills, you will play an integral role in leading and managing our diverse team. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback to ensure high-quality work is being delivered
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members as needed
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from both clients and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is required
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, as well as fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Strong organizational abilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering successful results within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
