Senior Architect

Our architecture firm in Oslo is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading projects from concept to completion, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams in developing innovative and creative architectural solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Oversee the development of detailed construction plans, including drawings, specifications, and materials
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an architect, with proven success in leading projects from concept to completion
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
