Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Moscow is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of land surveying techniques and equipment, as well as experience in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation provided. Candidates must have the necessary qualifications and be willing to work on projects throughout the city. Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking
- Operate surveying equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in training junior surveyors
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel throughout Moscow for projects
