Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (US)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our fine dining restaurant in the US. Our ideal candidate is a creative and skilled culinary professional with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, purchasing, and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high quality standards and efficient service
- Create new menu items and regularly update existing menus to reflect seasonal ingredients
- Monitor food inventory and control costs to meet budget goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining setting
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes and successfully managing a kitchen team
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Salary: $1100 per month with accommodation provided.
Working hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: US (work visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
