Moderator (English Speaking)



We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content, ensuring it adheres to our company's policies and guidelines. You will also be required to interact with users, responding to inquiries and providing support.

Your main duties will include reviewing user-generated content, identifying and removing any inappropriate or offensive material. You will also work closely with other team members to ensure that our platform remains a safe and positive space for all users.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to maintain a professional tone when dealing with potentially sensitive situations. Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
