Concierge Assistant
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist guests with their needs and ensure their stay is enjoyable. This includes providing information about the local area and attractions, making reservations for dining or activities, arranging transportation, and handling any special requests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with making reservations for dining or activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as requested
- Handle any special requests from guests in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of local area attractions, events, and services to assist guests with recommendations
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi/Nepali preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
