Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a part-time employee, you will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the flexibility to adjust your schedule based on project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and quality of work on job sites
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety standards are being met
- Manage inventory and procurement of materials as needed for projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Bahrain
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
