We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As an English-speaking company, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, but we have a preference for Pakistani nationals. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ and includes visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial building projects.
- Conduct site evaluations and surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the designs are being implemented correctly.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to commercial architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
