Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eschen, catering to a diverse clientele including both locals and tourists. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, finances, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee financial transactions such as cash handling and banking procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue and profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for restaurant operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Must have own valid work visa.
