Restaurant Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Eschen, catering to a diverse clientele. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and maintenance
- Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and uphold high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and minimize labor costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet revenue goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety standards, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. This role does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to Pakistani nationals or candidates with experience working in Pakistani cuisine restaurants.
