Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. Your main goal will be to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients, including Indian and Malayalee markets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients within the Indian and Malayalee markets
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field, preferably in Nizwa or similar market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, including Indian and Malayalee markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
- Experience working with visa sponsorship preferred
- Open to candidates of all nationalities
