We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Oslo on a contract basis. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using ML techniques
- Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare data for model training
- Train and evaluate ML models using various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for higher accuracy and performance
- Work with large datasets and utilize tools such as Hadoop or Spark for efficient processing
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction from databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
Location:
The position is based in Oslo. Accommodation may be provided depending on the candidate's preference.
