Moderator for Online Discussion Forum

We are a rapidly growing online discussion forum looking for a motivated and experienced Moderator to join our team. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing discussions on our platform, ensuring that all content adheres to our community guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and user-generated content on the forum
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with community management tools is a plus
- Biometric passport is required for visa processing (non-Israeli citizens)

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. The job is based in Herzliya, Israel, but remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own living arrangements.
