We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive online community by monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our platform. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of online communities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community guidelines and policies
- Identify and report any potential risks or violations on the platform
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Preferred:
- Previous experience in community moderation or customer support roles
- Familiarity with moderation tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Passion for creating positive online communities

Salary: 1300$ per month + accommodation provided
