Team Lead - Project Management (Balzers, Pakistan)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our project management team in Balzers, Pakistan. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects and ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance, direction, and support
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficient in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work without supervision
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
