Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience as a barista. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store at all times
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain product knowledge and suggest new menu items to customers
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Cash handling experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1600/month

Location: US (preference but not requirement)
