Plasterboard Worker


We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in commercial and residential buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard, applying plaster or other materials to smooth out any imperfections, and sanding and finishing surfaces.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard according to specifications
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools
- Apply joint compound or other materials to fill gaps between boards
- Smooth out imperfections with a trowel or sandpaper
- Repair damaged or cracked plasterboard as needed
- Ensure work meets safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other workers to complete projects on time
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area clean
- Follow all company policies and procedures
