Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy construction equipment and completing assigned tasks efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating excavators and a valid license to operate heavy machinery. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Malayalees are preferred for this position, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. English language skills are not required for this job. Accommodation will not be provided, but free visa and ticket will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform various construction tasks such as digging, trenching, backfilling, and grading
- Safely load, unload and transport materials using the excavator
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on the equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the excavator
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Keep accurate records of work completed and hours worked
- Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining quality work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction or similar environment
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with full-time hours (40 hours per week). The work schedule may vary depending on project requirements. The job may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions. The successful candidate must be physically fit as the job involves manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
