Senior Baker



We are a renowned bakery in Triesen, known for our delicious and high-quality baked goods. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Baker to join our team.

As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be involved in developing new recipes and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards. In addition, you will supervise and train junior bakers and oversee the overall operation of the bakery.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a baker and possess strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor product quality during the baking process
- Develop new recipes for seasonal or special items
- Train and supervise junior bakers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Familiarity with baking equipment operations
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Team player with good communication skills
Salary: $1600 per month

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.
