Forum Moderator

We are seeking a full-time Forum Moderator to join our team at our company in Clairvaux. This role is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or previous experience. As a Forum Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums to ensure a positive and engaging community experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum discussions and respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Enforce forum rules and guidelines to maintain a respectful and productive environment
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior to the appropriate team members
- Foster engagement among forum users by initiating discussions and encouraging participation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant content for forum discussions
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop new strategies for improving the forum community

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English (other languages are a plus)
- Passion for online communities and interest in the subject matter of the forum
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask while monitoring multiple discussions at once
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet browsers)
- Availability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
