As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations in Jizan. You must have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team. You will be responsible for creating new recipes, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed. This is an urgent position that requires a highly motivated individual who is not afraid to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bakery operations including production, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop new recipes and update existing ones to meet customer demands
- Train and manage bakery staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate orders and deliveries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
Salary: $1700 per month depending on experience.
