Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist (English-speaking)


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist with fluency in English to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As a specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and make data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain data analytics systems and tools
- Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and databases
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools such as TensorFlow or Keras
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure for data analytics purposes

Salary: 1500$ per month
