We are a fast-growing tech company in Vilnius, currently seeking a highly skilled JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. This is a key role within our organization and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust and scalable JAVA-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Continuously improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and usability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a JAVA Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of JAVA programming language, OOP concepts, and design patterns
- Experience with Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for career growth and development.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but remote work options may be considered for exceptional candidates.
