Entry-Level Construction Manager in Lahore, Pakistan


As an entry-level construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects in Lahore. Your main role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with all safety regulations. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors and other team members to plan and execute construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety standards and resolve any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review project designs and make necessary modifications as needed
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders including clients, management, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Must be based in Lahore
