Office Administrator - Khasab, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. This position is open to all nationalities, but we particularly welcome applications from Nepali candidates.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders on behalf of the company
- Ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Nepali candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. This role does not require English proficiency or previous work experience in Oman. However, we do require candidates to have valid visa sponsorship or the ability to obtain one.
