Construction Manager for Indian nationals in Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Monitor and manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or delays and take corrective action as needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for construction projects
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Indian nationality preferred
- English proficiency required
