Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects in Balzers. Your main duties will include managing the budget and timeline, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising construction workers, conducting site inspections, and handling any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management and be knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction process. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential for this position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Balzers (willingness to relocate preferred)
