Administrator Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator Assistant to join our team in Bayan, providing administrative support to our company. As an Administrator Assistant, you will assist in various tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals without experience to gain valuable skills in a professional setting. No English language skills or accommodation are required for this position. Salary will be $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining company records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
