Team Lead - Operations (Izhevsk, India)
As a Team Lead for our operations team in Izhevsk, India, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations within our organization. This role requires experience in a similar position as well as strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Monitor daily activities and performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for team members
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication between departments
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary coaching or resources
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high-quality work
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process optimization or other strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
