Moderator - Online Forum Community Manager

The Moderator - Online Forum Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online community of our company's forum. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who is passionate about engaging and growing a community. The ideal candidate will have experience moderating online forums or communities and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions and posts on company forum to ensure they align with community guidelines
- Engage with forum members by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all members of the community
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, membership, and overall growth of the forum
- Collaborate with other team members to create relevant content for the forum
- Address any technical issues related to the forum platform
- Keep track of trends and changes in the industry to suggest new discussion topics or initiatives for the forum
- Enforce rules and regulations set by the company to maintain a safe and respectful community

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating an online forum or community is preferred
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics, including conflict resolution strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for building relationships with virtual communities
- Familiarity with customer service principles is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred
