Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Create schedules for staff and ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Al-Khor
