A luxury resort in Malindi is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and find suitable solutions
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering phones, delivering messages, etc.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a hotel or resort
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, transportation options
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1200 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Malindi, Kenya (accommodation provided)
Employment type: Full-time (temporary contracts available)
