Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in St-Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for various architectural projects
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from a reputable institution
- Proven work experience as a Senior Architect or similar role for at least 5 years
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or ArchiCAD) as well as SketchUp or Revit is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
St-Petersburg, Russia (No English language proficiency required)
