Senior Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers in the development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Create detailed project plans and timelines
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Oversee the production of technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design concepts, software applications, and technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: St. Petersburg (Candidates from other cities within Russia are also welcome to apply)

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position without accommodation. We offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for selected candidates.
