Senior Architect



We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month along with accommodation for the duration of the contract.
