Moderator for Online Community in Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Moderator for our online community in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content, ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines and standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online community platform
- Enforce community guidelines and standards
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Work closely with the community manager to develop strategies for engagement and growth
- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements for the online community platform
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities, social media platforms, and internet culture
- Prior experience as a moderator or community manager is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts diplomatically
