Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Muscat, Oman

We are hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager with a passion for food and exceptional leadership skills to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and monitoring financial performance. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a temporary position for 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
- 1400$ per month
