Assistant Restaurant Manager


A well-established restaurant in Muscat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Chef to create new menus and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without accommodation or visa sponsorship.
