We are seeking a highly efficient and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Acre. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including arranging reservations, transportation, and other services as requested. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring that all guests are welcomed and assisted promptly.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting, with strong knowledge of local attractions and resources. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus. Candidates with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
