IT Manager



Position Overview:
As an IT Manager for our company in Multan, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure and operations of our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and supporting the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security, reliability, and efficiency.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role within an IT department.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software installation, troubleshooting techniques, etc.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide accommodation for non-local candidates if needed.
