We are hiring a talented and skilled Florist to join our team in Albena. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the inventory of flowers and plants, ensuring their freshness and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to clients' requests
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their flower choices and providing recommendations
- Maintain the inventory of flowers and plants, ordering new supplies when needed
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all flowers and plants
- Design floral displays for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions
- Set up displays at events venues and ensure timely delivery of arrangements
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve your floral designs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Creativity and artistic skills to design unique arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in event decoration is a plus
- Flexible schedule to accommodate busy periods including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1600$ per month based on experience. Accommodation can also be provided.
