Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As a leading construction company, we specialize in large-scale commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire construction project from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Manage project budget and monitor expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
