We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics and computer science, with experience in data mining and visualization tools.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Identify trends and patterns within the data
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights and recommendations
- Develop predictive models using statistical techniques
- Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical methods such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Salary: 1300$ per month (contract job)
Location: Ufa, Russia (visa sponsorship available)
