Barista (Indian Speaking) - Beer-Sheva

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling café in Beer-Sheva. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and allergens
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure the quality of all drinks meets our high standards
- Keep the café clean and sanitized at all times
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Indian language(s)
- Previous experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work in Beer-Sheva
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.

Salary:
We offer competitive compensation starting at 1700$ per month.
