Experienced Barista in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and mixing ingredients, following recipes, and using the correct equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including the espresso machine, counter, tables, chairs, etc.
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Barista
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art is preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in Israel

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva with preference for Indian candidates who are looking for English-speaking temporary jobs or for recent graduates seeking job opportunities with visa sponsorship.
